UPDATE AMBER ALERT – Child’s photo added Harris County Constable’s Office Precinct 4 has issued an Amber Alert for missing 14 year-old Haylie White. She was taken from her home this afternoon by the suspect, 33 year-old Jacob West.
Pretty cool the phone alerting. Now we know as soon a sit goes out to the news broadcasters. Should help make a difference in time against the predators.
